Every sign-in to the Voice v2 rig needs a code from an authenticator app as well as your password.

1. Open an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, 1Password, Authy, Microsoft Authenticator...).
2. Add an account and scan this code - or type in the key below it.
3. Enter the 6-digit code it then shows.
